We have just completed our 10th week of our training for our 20 km walk. To all of you who have showed up bright and early on Sunday mornings to walk with me, I thank you. Because of all your support I have lost 6 lbs in these past few weeks, and it feels great !! It has been fun to get to know some of you a little bit better, while we enjoy a pleasant walk through the different parts of the trail.
