Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal " Pancakes "

Many of you have enjoyed the Weight Watcher Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, as is, for breakfast ....
Great on a cold morning,right ???  So now with the warmer weather, how can we switch it up and still enjoy this filling Power Food ??  I'm glad you asked....

1 - package Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1/4 cup egg white
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix and griddle it up !!!   Makes 2 medium pancakes for a total of 4 pointsplus values .

Because the Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal is already sweet enough, you don't need Maple Syrup...honest I mean it. However, I did warm up some mushed up rasberries to put on top of mine.
