HAPPY ANNIVERSARY !!!!!

I would like to give a shout out to mother-- daughter team--- Tina and Andrea. They are celebrating their 1 year anniversary at Weight Watchers and apparently doing it in style. Together they participated in the Mt. Albert 5 km walk, both now Lifetime Members -- at goal !!!  Between them, they have lost almost 70 lbs.

                 Yaaahoooo !!! Congratulations Ladies.... you are an inspiration to us all !

SUMMER IS HERE...!!!!!!!! WHAT'S HAPPENING ?????

Well I'm glad you asked......  we are still going strong with our Sunday morning walks, and congrats to all of you who commit to showing up each week. We have been meeting at various parts of the trail  for 12 weeks now ...!!! And we have only missed 1 week due to a downpour of rain. I know summer is busy, but please try to dedicate a little time to some activity and I hope you will join us this coming Sunday once again. --8:30 -The Tannery on Davis Dr. We have been seeing many interesting things along our Tom Taylor Trail Walk...so here are some more photos I would like to share.
